Amperecloud Company Offsite 2023 in Lychen

In the first week of August 2023, Amperecloud hosted a productive offsite event at Hotel Schlüßhof in Lychen, just two hours north of Berlin. Over 40 team members attended the event to work together in workshops on the further development of Amperecloud.

Motivated and committed, the team went into the workshops to discuss current challenges faced by the more than 300 customers and to develop appropriate solutions. The productive atmosphere allowed all team members to contribute their ideas and perspectives to drive the future of the rapidly growing company.

In addition to customer & product-related topics, the Tams also tackled internal projects. These included, for example, the development of team identities, training for new financial tools, and workshops on recruiting. The participants were able to take away valuable insights from all the sessions, which directly helped them in their day-to-day work.

Away from work, there was of course also room for teambuilding activities. In times of remote work, employees now had the opportunity to get to know each other better and strengthen relationships at BBQs, soccer tennis. As a special highlight, CTO Erik Nitschke played his own DJ at a late hour.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for the team to come together, share the company's vision, and explore new directions for the future. Overall, the Amperecloud Offsite was a valuable exchange that strengthened the team dynamic and will positively impact the future of the company for the benefit of the customers.
