Today, over 400 customers already manage more than 5 gigawatt peak of solar-generated electricity with our products. That is comparable to three nuclear power plants or around 1 percent of the electricity generated in Germany. This is our contribution to a sustainable energy industry and a better future.

Our team is international, diverse and committed. One third lives in Berlin and can regularly be found in our central office in an old building. Many work remotely from all over Germany and in other countries. We celebrate our successes together, drive innovative projects forward, and don't always take ourselves too seriously.

Twice a year, we all get together in person for the Amperecloud Offsite. We use this time to get to know each other (even) better, work on strategic topics, and of course listen to the world's best sounds from our DJ and CTO Erik.

In an initial interview with our recruiting team, we will give you all the relevant information about the role and the team. We want to know what skills and knowledge you bring to the table and what drives you. And of course we answer all your questions.

03 Professional check

In one or, if appropriate, several interviews, you will get to know your potential team leader and other important stakeholders. In this way, you can demonstrate your expertise and gain in-depth insights into your future field of work.
