Fragmented software architecture leads to inefficiencies and long response times
Prior to working with Amperecloud, Kintlein & Ose relied on various software solutions and manual processes to monitor and manage solar assets. The disparate interfaces and functions of the vendors led to both inefficiencies and increased susceptibility to errors. At the same time, software expenses increased due to the use of multiple vendors.
Even in the event of technical problems, the existing infrastructure proved to be out of date. It was not possible for Kintlein & Ose to react quickly to these problems and thus optimize the plant performance in real time.
Amperecloud brings all processes together in one platform
In order to be able to perform monitoring, analysis, maintenance, reports and master data management uniformly and centrally in the future, Kintlein & Ose decided to implement Amperecloud Platform and use the data logger "Log". The latter provides real-time data from the plants, which is used for efficient analysis and performance optimization.
Thanks to the user-friendly interface and uniform database of the platform itself, O&M managers can now manage all operations efficiently. In particular, technical problems can be quickly identified and subsequently resolved so that plant performance is always optimal.
In addition to these efficiency gains, Kintlein & Ose was able to realize a simultaneous cost reduction. By switching from different vendors to one platform, the overall software expenses have decreased.
