Possible errors can be transferred directly into customizable tickets and assignments for on-site technicians. The creation of comprehensive reports is just as easy: Thanks to numerous templates, you can transfer all data from Platform into clear, recurring reports if desired.

During the testing period, our experienced product team accompanies you and, among other things, conducts two product training sessions (approx. 1.5 hours per training session). On average, potential clients need about 4 to 8 hours within the pilot to test the software in the best possible way.
