Initial situation: Fragmented software architecture leads to inefficiencies and long response times

Before working with Amperecloud, Kintlein & Ose relied on various software solutions and manual processes to monitor and manage the solar installations. The inconsistent interfaces and functions of the providers led to both inefficiencies and an increased susceptibility to errors.

At the same time, expenditure on software increased due to the use of different providers. The existing infrastructure also proved to be outdated in the event of technical problems. It was not possible for Kintlein & Ose to react quickly to these problems and thus optimize system performance in real time.

Amperecloud brings all processes together in one platform

Kintlein & Ose decided to introduce Amperecloud Platform and use the "Log" data logger in order to be able to carry out monitoring, analysis, maintenance, reports and master data management in a standardized and centralized manner in the future. The latter provides real-time data from the systems, which is used for efficient analysis and performance optimization.

Thanks to the user-friendly interface and uniform database of the platform itself, the O&M managers can now manage all operational processes efficiently. Thanks to intelligent alarm groupings, technical problems can be quickly identified and subsequently resolved.

In addition to these efficiency gains, Kintlein & Ose was able to realize a simultaneous cost reduction. By switching from different providers to a single platform, the total expenditure for the software has fallen.

Conclusion: Four times more systems managed by the same staff

After implementing Amperecloud Platform, the Kintlein & Ose team was able to manage four times as many systems as before - with the same number of employees. This significant increase in personnel efficiency also has an indirect effect on the Berlin-based company's core business.
